- Blood Pressure (BP): 110/70 mmHg, P.R. 98/min, SatO2: 97% , Temp: 37,9oC
- Hemorrhagic lesions on soles and painful nodes on the fingertips (see Figure 1)
- Non palpable lymphnodes
- Rythmic cardiac sounds, systolic murmur 3/6 on the apex
- No evidence of active pulmonary disease
- Abdomen soft, non tender, mild splenomegaly
- Unremarkable neurological examination. GCS 15/15

Basic clinical findings
- Fever during the last week
- Systolic murmur 3/6 on the apex
- Janeway lesions and Osler nodes
- Medical history of Systemic Lupus Erythymatosus (SLE)– Positive anti-phospholipid antibodies
- Recent periodontal abscess and dental works
