  • Blood Pressure (BP): 110/70 mmHg, P.R. 98/min, SatO2: 97% , Temp: 37,9oC
  • Hemorrhagic lesions on soles and painful nodes on the fingertips (see Figure 1)
  • Non palpable lymphnodes
  • Rythmic cardiac sounds, systolic murmur 3/6 on the apex
  • No evidence of active pulmonary disease
  • Abdomen soft, non tender, mild splenomegaly
  • Unremarkable neurological examination. GCS 15/15

Basic clinical findings
  • Fever during the last week
  • Systolic murmur 3/6 on the apex
  • Janeway lesions and Osler nodes
  • Medical history of Systemic Lupus Erythymatosus (SLE)– Positive anti-phospholipid antibodies
  • Recent periodontal abscess and dental works
